![](https://cdn.document360.io/934d2981-82e1-4fb3-a8ab-1fe44dae2b50/Images/Documentation/image-WQ3ENOJV.png) This feature allows you to redirect incoming calls to a specific number in the PBX based on the caller's number (A-Number).

Some examples of use cases:

- Block specific incoming numbers
- Block incoming calls from specific countries (based on country code)
- Route certain incoming calls to a specific user or destination

Below, you’ll find a guide on how to block incoming calls from the number 0701234567 to the user Joe Doe. In this example, Joe does not want calls from this number.

### Creating an Caller ID Route

Create a new Caller ID Route by navigate to “Company → PBX → PBX misc.→ Caller ID Route”. Start by naming your caller ID route, setting a default destination (what should normally happen) and adding a detailed description for future reference. Click **Save**.

After saving, add the and define its destination by clicking the plus button in the upper-right corner![](https://cdn.document360.io/934d2981-82e1-4fb3-a8ab-1fe44dae2b50/Images/Documentation/image-HLG8Y0R3.png)

Enter the number you wish to redirect and the destination. Then click **Save**. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/934d2981-82e1-4fb3-a8ab-1fe44dae2b50/Images/Documentation/image-OMC4XD4Q.png)

Check that everything is correct and click **Save** again at the bottom-right.

In the example, calls to Joe Doe are normally routed to him. However, when 0701234567 calls, the call will be disconnected (blackhole → hangup).

### Activate for incoming number

The final step is to activate the feature for Joe´s incoming number. Navigate to **“Company → PBX → Numbers”**, locate the user’s incoming number and set the destination to the newly created Caller ID Route. Click **Save**.

> Don’t forget to synchronize the changes in the PBX.
