Paging allows you to send quick voice messages to your colleagues. You can broadcast to multiple recipients simultaneously, up to 10 at a time. This feature is typically used for real-time announcements during fire drills, visitor arrivals, or emergency alerts. You can create Paging under **“Company → PBX → PBX Miscellaneous → Paging”**.

### Create a Paging Group

**Name and Number**: Start by assigning a name and an internal number (you can also link an external number by directing one of your external numbers to the Paging feature). **Mode**: Select whether the recipients can respond to your message (two-way) or if they can only listen (one-way). **Handling Busy Recipients**:

- **Yes**: Skips busy agents, meaning they won't receive or be notified of the message.
- **No**: Disconnects busy agents’ ongoing calls to prioritize the Paging message.
- **Whisper**: Busy agents hear the Paging message while staying on their ongoing call.

Once you've configured these settings, click **Save** and you’ll be prompted to select the recipients for the Paging message. After selecting the recipients, click **Save** again.

> [!NOTE]
> Don’t forget to synchronize the changes in the PBX.

### Example

This Paging group is assigned internal number **500**, and the message is sent to 3 recipients who cannot respond to it, just listen. Busy agents will hear the message in the background during their ongoing calls.
