In order to provide a smooth and efficient user experience, Infinity Mobile requires access to various functions and data on your mobile device. These permissions are necessary for the app to function properly and give you access to all its advanced features.
Here you will find all the permissions that the app needs for all functions, both for Android and iOS.

Tip! Enable setting "Appear on top" for the Softphone to appear on top when in use.
Infinity
Some features in the app also require the user to have permission for the function in Infinity. Permissions can be modified by your system administrator.
Queue monitor
By default, queue members have full permissions, but if you want to restrict what a user can access, the following options are available:
Read – View the queue and its statistics/history.
Add Members – Permission to add new members to the queue.
Remove Members – Permission to remove existing members from the queue.
Pause Members – Permission to pause members in the queue.
Pickup calls from queue – Permission to manually pick up calls in a queue.
