If you need to make temporary changes to the company's call flows, it's now easily accessible in the mobile app under "Company" in the main menu. Here, you can both activate and deactivate call routing, as well as change and create new audio files.
Call flow control
With call flow control, you can quickly modify a call flow, for example, temporarily close your main number. Activate a call flow by toggling the switch to "On." For call flows that direct to an audio file, i.e., play a message for the caller, you can also change which audio is played. Click on the call flow you want to modify and choose the sound you want to switch to. If a suitable sound is missing, you can record a new one. See Handle Sounds for more details. |

Handle sounds
With "Handle Sounds", all sounds in the PBX are listed and you can easily listen to all existing sound files. If you have many sound files, you can choose to sort them either by name or date by clicking the menu in the upper right corner. If you want to create a new sound, click on... to create a new one. Then choose whether you want to record the sound directly on your phone or use text-to-speech. See below for more information on each option. |

Record new sound
To record an sound file directly on your phone, select "Recording". Start by setting a name and a good description as it will make it easier in the future if the sound file needs to be reused. To start recording, click the recording button Stop with Directly after you stop the recording, the audio will automatically play. If you're not satisfied or need to change something, simply click the recording button again and the previous sound will be overwritten. When you're happy with the recording, save the audio file byin the top right corner. |

Text-to-speech
Start by naming your audio file, preferably with a descriptive name, as this will make it easier to reuse in the future. Next, enter the text you want to use to generate your audio file. Make sure to be as clear as possible. Avoid abbreviations and try to use short sentences whenever possible, as this helps the TTS (text-to-speech) engine handle the text better and sound more natural. Before clicking “Create,” choose the language that matches your text and whether you prefer a male or female voice. When you press “Create,” you’ll have the opportunity to review the text to ensure it’s correct before it’s generated. If you’re satisfied with the audio file, save it by clicking the in the top right corner. |

Permissions
To be able to record audio files, you need to grant Infinity Mobile permission to access your microphone.
