Article summary

Here you will find settings for the switchboard that, for various reasons, are not yet integrated into the interface. This could be because the setting is unique to a few customers, a new setting, or unique in its nature that it doesn't fit anywhere else. Change these with caution.

To activate the setting, set the value to 1 to enable and 0 to disable.

Then click Save.

Don’t forget to synchronize the changes in the switchboard.

Most Common Settings

Below we have listed the most common settings along with examples. Under that, you will find all available settings along with a brief description.

Show full number on internal calls

If you want users in the PBX to display their full phone numbers even for internal calls, you can activate "SHOW_PSTN_NUMBER_INTERNAL" by setting it to 1.

Infinity will choose numer in this order:
Force = The caller ID that the user has chosen to display, either in the mobile app or in the softphone
Profile = The caller ID set on the active profile
User = The caller ID set as the default for the user

Show A-party number on attended transferred calls

With this setting enabled (USE_OLD_CALLERID_ON_ATT_TRANSFER), the A-party's number will be displayed to the C-party during a attended transferred call transfer.

A-party = Incoming caller
B-party = The one answering and transferring the call to the C-party
C-party = The recipient of the transferred call

Display selected PSTN number on internal calls

If you want users in the PBX to display their full-length numbers even for internal calls, activate “SHOW_PSTN_NUMBER_INTERNAL” by setting it to 1.

Force = The caller ID the user has chosen to display externally, either in the mobile app or softphone.
Profile = The caller ID set in the active profile.
User = The caller ID set as the default for the user.

Always display the user´s default caller ID on internal calls

Enable “SHOW_USER_PSTN_NUMBER_INTERNAL“ to force the display of users' default caller ID on internal calls.

This setting overrides the one above (SHOW_PSTN_NUMBER_INTERNAL).

Set a destination other than the default for return calls

“FAILOVER_DESTINATION_ON_RETURN_CALL”, used to set a destination other than the default for return calls. Contact support for assistance in configuring the destination.

Enable return calls even during supervised call transfers

To enable return calls for supervised transferred calls, activate RETURN_CALL_ON_ATTENDEN_TRANSFER as shown below.

Send ringing tone when dialing a mobile softphone while waiting for it to wakeup

PROPAGATE_LINESTATE_TO_TEAMS

If users line state should be reflected in Microsoft Teams (when configured)

QUEUE_MEMBER_LASTCALL_FROM_HANGUP

Use hang-up instead of answered to calculate time since last call

RETURN_CALL_ON_ATTENDED_TRANSFER

Normally we only return calls on blind, this sets attended as well (Most SIP-phones will use attended when doing blind)

SECONDS_BEFORE_RETURN_WAITON_CALL

How long do we wait on a busy call, before returning the call. Default 120 seconds

SHOW_CALLER_ON_ATTENDED_TRANSFER

Show caller (not transferer) on attended transfer

SHOW_ORG_CALLERID_ON_TRANSFER

When doing a transfer, show org callerid. Changes by set callerid will be ignored

SHOW_PSTN_NUMBER_INTERNAL

Don't show extension number internal, instead show PSTN number in order (force, profile, user)

SHOW_USER_PSTN_NUMBER_INTERNAL

Don't show extension number internal, instead show users default PSTN number (this overrides SHOW_PSTN_NUMBER_INTERNAL)

TRANSFER_ATTENDED_TIMEOUT

Override profile ring timeout on attended transfer

TRANSFER_NOT_RING_PBX_DEST

Should transfer ring on pbx-destinations

TRANSFER_NOT_TO_MESSAGE

Should transfer reach messages (hänvisning)

TRANSFER_RETURN_ON_BUSY

Should transfer reach messages (hänvisning) when user is busy

TRANSFER_RETURN_ON_NOANSWER

Return transfer calls on no answer

TRY_REINVITE_RTP

Try to reinvite rtp between devices

USE_INTERNAL_RINGER

Use Internal ring signal on most SIP devices

USE_OLD_CALLERID_ON_ATT_TRANSFER

Use old callerid behavior on attended transfer, towards PSTN and MEX

USE_QUEUE_RINGER

Use queue ring signal on Yealink devices

WAITON_IGNORE_CALLWAITING

If target user has call waiting, ignore it and wait for the user to be available.
