# Forgotten password

**The customer portal**

If you have a SIP trunk or are looking for the customer portal, go to:

[kund.icc.infracom.se/](https://kund.icc.infracom.se/login) the password you received when you became a customer and can be seen on your latest invoice.

**UC2 or Infinity**

If you have forgotten your password, go to [infinity.infracom.se/login](https://infinity.infracom.se/login) and click on "Forgot password?"
