Roaming plus

Do you travel to Switzerland, Thailand, Turkey, Ukraine, United Kingdom or USA? Add "Roaming plus" to your subscription and enjoy data at the low cost of 29 SEK/GB. The add on is charged monthly with 9 SEK.

Travel Pass – Abroad

Avoid unnecessary surprises - you can now buy a subscription when you travel abroad. When you travel abroad, you automatically receive an SMS with information about the packages available to buy. You purchase by sending an SMS with the code for the desired package to 222. If you run out of data, you can top up with another SMS.

The travel pass is valid for 14 days. For zones see the list below.

Pre-order before travelling

To minimize the risk of incurring high roaming costs, you can also pre-order both day passes/week passes before departure. The subscription is only activated when you arrive within the borders of the destination country.

Tip! Check how much surf you have left

You can send "Surfsaldo" to 222 at any time. You will then receive a reply that contains how many days and how much surfing is left in your surf subscription.

How it works within EU/EES

Call Swedish numbers, message and surf in the EU and EEA just as if you were at home in Sweden. However, there is a difference between when abroad and calling a foreign number. If you want to call or send an SMS to a foreign number, the international rate applies. When you are abroad yourself, you always receive a welcome SMS with the call rates that apply in the country in which you are located.

Surf within EU/EES

When you travel within the EU/EEA, data is included up to a certain level of surf up to as follows, depending on the data included in your subscription::

Prices to call when you are abroad (outside the EU and EEA all prices excluding VAT):

Prices are per minute. Receiving SMS is free of charge. Paid calls and Premium SMS are charged according to the operator's tariff. Roaming prices are partly governed by EU regulations and partly by foreign currency and therefore price adjustments may occur. All prices are stated excluding VAT. The billing interval within the EU/EEA for outgoing calls is 30+1 second. Received calls are charged per second. For other zones, the billing interval for both outgoing and received calls is 60 seconds.
