# Pipedrive

You can get Pipedrive Contact information directly on incoming calls in both our Infinity Desktop client.

## In the Infinity Desktop

When you recieve or make calls from/to a number associated to a Contact in your Pipedrive, it will show in the Infinity Desktop client.

To open the Contact in Pipedrive, press the "Pipedrive" text.

## Configuring Infinity Desktop

Integrations are found in the left menu, and press the toggle button to activate Pipedrive Integration.

Your browser will now open showing a message telling you to Connect. Just simply select the account you wish to connect to the Pipedrive Integration, followed by "Allow and Install".

Now you're connected to Pipedrive and can start working even more effective.

## Setting up how the integration should work

You can make the Desktop client open the Pipedrive contact automatically when answering a call, or making an outbound call etc. You reach the settings by pressing Pipedrive in the integration menu.

Triggers - choose on which events the integration should automatically launch Pipedrive

Accounts - choose for which of your accounts/devices you want the triggers to be active
