# Infinity Teams

With the Infinity Microsoft Teams integration you can manage all your telephony from within Teams. Our solution primarily builds on an app called Infinity by ICC providing all the features you need to communicate both within and outside your organisation. This makes it easy to work with all native Teams features along with the company telephony queues, company contact book and of course all the call control you need.

For users who need even more we have both separate apps for [queue monitoring](/v1/docs/teams-queue-app) and [wallboards](/v1/docs/wallboard) to use in the Teams channel and Integration to several CRM's and ticketing systems.
