Article summary

All calls to your extension in the phone system can be managed in Infinity Mobile. You can easily hold, transfer, record, and move the call between your devices, regardless of which device you answered the call on.

Manage Calls

To make a new call, you can either select a colleague or contact from the Contacts tab or dial the number manually by tapping the keypad icon located in the center at the bottom of the app. Enter the number and press the green phone icon to initiate the call. There are several ways to make calls using Infinity Mobile. See "Call with mobile client" for details. During an active call the keypad icon will change to a pulsing phone icon, indicating that a call is in progress.

Ongoing Call

When you have an active call, several functions are available. Tap the phone icon to access these options.

Hold/Resume Call
Place the call on hold and retrieve it by pressing the button again.

Record call
Start recording the ongoing call. Your previously recorded calls can be found in Main Menu → Recordings. Tap the download button to listen and to delete a recording, swipe left and select delete. You can also delete all recordings via the menu in the top right corner.

Transfer Call
When you press Transfer Call, a keypad will open where you can enter the destination you want to transfer the call to. You can either transfer the call blindly or attended. To transfer the call to a colleague, find the colleague in Contacts and press Transfer.

Move call to another device
If you have multiple devices, you can choose to move the call to another device. When you press this option, a menu will appear with all your devices. Select the device, and the call will be transferred once you answer on the new device.

Dial pad
Used when you need to navigate through a call using DTMF tones. This is typically for menu systems, such as entering customer numbers, etc.

Search number
If you press this, the app will open your browser and perform a search for the active number on hitta.se.

Call History

Your call history can be found in the bottom navigation of the app, on the bottom left. It stores all the calls you’ve made, answered, or missed. To easily find calls in the history, you can filter by all calls, incoming, outgoing, missed, and internal calls. If the phone number in the history matches an existing contact, the contact’s name will appear alongside the number. If the name is missing, only the number will be displayed. To copy a phone number, long-press the number, and it will be copied automatically.

Keep in mind that queue calls you have answered will also appear in your call history. However, missed queue calls or queue calls answered by a colleague, even if you're a member of the queue, will not appear in your history. They will only be listed in the queue's call history.

For performance reasons, your call history contains the most recent 200 entries.
