# Integrationer i Desktop

## Integrationer

Integrera Desktop med era befintliga CRM och ärendehanteringssystem. Vid inkommande samtal kan du direkt se information från det integrerade verktyget i Desktop.

## Automationer

Med automationer kan du enkelt ange att Desktop ska öppna ett program eller en webbapplikation (URL) och skicka med det inringande numret för sökning i tex ett eget CRM.

Exempel på hur du kan öppna hitta.se:

1. Klicka på Integrationer/Automationer

3. Sätt ett namn och välj “Öppna hemsida”.

5. Klicka på Spara.

Nu kommer din webbläsare öppnas och slå upp numret på hitta.se automatiskt vid nästa inkommande samtal.
