Where can I find your AI policy and DPA?

  • Infinity AI Policy – The AI policy describes how we use artificial intelligence in a responsible and transparent way.

  • Data Processing Agreement – ICC – The DPA governs how we process personal data on behalf of our customers and ensures compliance with GDPR.

Who can access the transcripts and summaries?

  • User: Only the individual user has access to transcripts and summaries.

  • Queues: All individuals configured with access to a queue can view summaries for all completed calls. However, only the user who participated in the call can read the transcript.

Where is the information processed and stored?

  • Processing: Transcription and summarization are performed using Microsoft Azure within the EU. If you wish to use your own Microsoft Azure environment, please contact us for more details.

  • Storage: The information is then stored in encrypted form by InfraCom in Sweden. The retention period is configured by the customer in the company’s PBX system; by default, it is set to three years.
