Dashboard – get an overview
The dashboard is the start page of the administration interface and shows the current status of the PBX. Here, you get a quick overview of flows, users, and important events.

Flows – how calls are handled
In the flows view, you can see how incoming calls are routed, such as opening hours, menu options, and forwarding rules. The flows are normally fully configured upon delivery, but can be adjusted if your organization’s needs change.

Under user management, you can see all users created in the PBX and make simple changes, such as updating details or permissions.
