To administer Infinity, you have access to our web portal at infinity.infracom.se. Here, you can configure both users and the company features you need, such as queues and opening hours.
Log in
Start by logging in. Enter your email address as the username and your password. We also support two-factor authentication for companies that want to further enhance security.

Vilka val du har tillgång till beror på din behörighet. Alla användare kommer dock åt “Min Sida” för att ändra personliga inställningar.
The main menu is located on the left-hand side and is divided into two sections. One section is for managing your personal settings (“My Page”), and the other contains all company, all related settings for your PBX.
The available options depend on your permissions. However, all users have access to “My Page” to modify their personal settings.
Tip: If you have forgotten your password, use “Forgot password.”
