Voicemail

Easily listen to your voicemail and manage your recorded calls directly in Infinity Mobile. You can find your voicemails and recorded calls under the Main Menu.

New voicemail
When you receive a new voicemail, you will get a notification on your phone showing that you have a new message and the phone number the person called from. New messages are highlighted in the app by a number on the main menu  corresponding to the number of new messages and recordings. Click on "Main Menu → Voicemail" to access your messages. A list of your messages will appear with the phone number or name if the contact is in your contact book.

Download and listen
To listen to the message, click on the download button and playback will start automatically. Downloaded messages are saved locally on your phone.

Call back on voicemail
To call back, click on the message and then press the phone icon.

Delete voicemail
To delete a message, swipe from right to left on the message. To delete all messages, press the buttonand select "Delete voice messages."

Notifications
To receive notifications on your phone for new voicemail messages, you need to set this up under the app's settings and allow it in your phone's system settings. See permissions for more information.
