Configuration
To configure the integration, start with Supportpal and then set up the Communicator.
In Supportpal
In the clients you need the following from Supportpal
- Domain, for example support.company.com
- API Token - the same token can be used for multiple users
To get the API Token, log in as an admin in Supportpal and Go to Settings and API Tokens.

In the Communicator
![]() | When you get an incoming call or make an outbound call to a number that we can locate to a user within your Supportpal, it will show in the Call tab and you are able to click it to pop the Supportpal User page open connected to that number |
Configuring Communicator
First of all press The Automations and Integrations button in the left menu and choose Integrations. Then Click Supportpal.
Fill in the following data:

A green checkbox will show on the right side of the Application if the Credentials were valid and the Communicator could connect to Supportpal properly. Now you're all set! | ![]() |
In Microsoft Teams with CallApp
When making or reciving a call with Microsoft Teams we can locate user with same phone number in Supportpal.
You will be able to click or have users tickets displayed in your web browser.
Configuring CallApp
Go to your settings tab in Teams CallApp and click Supportpal.
Enter domain and token from previous step in Supportpal and click Save.
