With Infinity mobile, making calls is quick and easy. Just tap the phone icon to reach your colleagues or contacts. Keep track of which profile your colleague is using with the clear symbol displayed under their name. The yellow pulsing ring around a user shows an incoming call, while the red ring indicates a busy user — it couldn't be simpler!

Need to forward a call? Our app makes it easy. During an active call, you can drag and drop to transfer the call to another user or press the Transfer button to choose between a direct or supervised transfer. You can even park the call until your colleague is available — perfect when timing is everything.

With profiles, you have full control over how your incoming calls are managed. Easily select which profile to use, which number should be displayed, and which queues you should be active in. Set the duration for how long the profile should remain active and enjoy a personalized calling experience.

Sometimes, calls require flexibility. With our mobile app, you can easily move an ongoing call between your different devices — from mobile to desk phone or whichever device suits you best. Tap the Calls tab for more options and move the call to where it best fits your needs.

Are you a member of a call queue? Our app allows you to easily switch between being paused and active in queues. With a simple tap, you can choose whether to receive calls or not. Have many queues? Use the sorting function to organize them according to your needs — keep your most important queues right where you want them!
