With hotkeys you can use your keyboard to perform the most frequent commands in the Communicator. This can save time and also give your mousing hand a break. Below you can find a list of hotkey commands divided into different use cases.
Windows
Navigating
| Functionality | Command | Description |

| Activate Search field | Ctrl + F | Makes the Call/Search field active |
| Contacts Tab | Ctrl + 1 | Switching to Contacts Tab |
| Chat Tab | Ctrl + 2 | Switching to Chat Tab |
| Queues Tab | Ctrl + 3 | Switching to Queues Tab |
| Calls Tab | Ctrl + 4 | If call is active, shows more info about it |
| Switch Selected Result | Tab / Shift Tab | Switch between selected Contact/Queue |
| Side Menu | Alt + 1-9 | Takes you to different views in the side menu |

Transfer

| Direct Transfer to selected Contact/Queue | Alt + → | Transfering the call normally to the selected Contact/Queue |
| Attended Transfer to selected Contact | Ctrl + → | Transfering the call attended to the selected Contact |
| Rejoin or Transfer an Attended Transfer | R(ejoin) / T(ransfer) | When making an Attended Transfer. Decide if you want to Rejoin the initial call, or transfer it |
| Set call on Wait to busy user | Ctrl + Alt + → | If a user is busy, you can set the Call on Wait until ther user is free. If the user doesn't answer, you will get the call in return |

| Send SMS to Selected Contact | Ctrl + S | Opens the SMS view with the selected Contacs Cell number automatically inserted as Reciepent |
