Profiles represent the user's current status and indicate how the user can be reached on their devices.
What can a profile affect/control?
Which devices/phones should ring for incoming calls.
A profile can route calls to voicemail and/or spoken announcements, either immediately or when you don't answer.
The profile displays your status to colleagues by showing a selected icon, color, and text.
It indicates which queues the user is active/inactive.
Exceptions, such as calls directly to your mobile number that you want to still come through even if the meeting profile is active.
The number that is shown for outgoing calls.
Activate Profile
To activate a profile, tap the profile selector at the top center of the screen. A list of your profiles will appear. Select a profile, and the app will suggest some customization options for duration, a specific time, the next workday, etc. Once you've selected the duration, the profile will be activated. If you want to specify the duration more precisely, choose "select time/select day."
The active profile will always be displayed at the top in the profile selector, along with the duration and which function activated your current profile. Functions that can activate a profile include:
Standard – Your default profile, typically "Available."
Scheduled – The profile is activated based on your schedule.
Special – A location-based reference or activated by Teams.
Forced – Manually activated, remains active indefinitely until changed.
To remove an active profile, tap the "X" in the profile selector.
Scheduled profile
Used to schedule and activate profiles. For example, if you know you'll be unavailable tomorrow during certain hours, you can set the profile in the schedule in advance.
Another advantage of a scheduled profile is that you can set up recurring profiles, such as lunch every day between 12 AM - 1 PM. Tap the profile selector, then go to "Schedule → Profile → Set Time". Select "Repetition" and choose how often the profile should repeat. To set lunch for the entire workweek, repeat the steps for each weekday.
You can access your scheduled profiles by tapping the profile selector and then the schedule icon (). To delete or edit a schedule, click on the schedule.
Platsbaserad hänvisning
If you want to activate a profile based on your location, you should use Location-based forwarding. Keep in mind that you need to grant Infinity Mobile permission to access your location information on your phone. Refer to the permissions section for further details.
To activate location-based forwarding:
Tap the profile selector.
Then tap the icon for location-based forwarding ().
A map will open. Mark a new area by tapping the plus icon.
Choose the profile and adjust the radius, then press Save.
Next time you are within the area you set, the profile will be activated automatically.
All your saved location-based forwards will appear with the profile icon on the map. To delete a location-based forwarding, long-press the icon and select "Delete."
Saved schedules
If you frequently use the same profile at different times during the workday, you can set up a saved schedule. These can be seen as shortcuts for quickly activating a profile for a set duration, such as for meetings or when you temporarily want to avoid phone interruptions. You can access these by swiping from the right side of the screen in the app. To add a saved schedule, click on the plus icon and select “Profile → Duration → Save.”
Activate these saved schedules by swiping from the right and clicking on the Play icon.
Calendar
To get an overview of your entire schedule and upcoming profiles, press "Main menu → Calendar". Here you can also add new entries and edit your schedule. More information about your calendar can be found here.
