With user reports you can create and generate reports to retrieve call information from all users within the company.
The report shows:
Which users have called which numbers, both incoming and outgoing.
Call duration.
Which numbers the user displayed during outgoing calls.
Additional information such as the users voicemail answered the call.
This is very useful to get an overview of the company's telephony across all users.
You can find the reports under Company → Statistics → User Reports. Start by selecting which users you want to include in the report. Then, enter the period you are interested in, including the dates and interval (time range). Click Generate.
Once your report is generated, all columns will be displayed. If you want to change which columns are shown, click on the gear icon and select the columns you are interested in. You can also search the report using the search field—data in all columns is searchable.
