Licensing in Microsoft 365

Infracom Teams Direct Routing – Microsoft Licensing needed

For Infracom’s Teams Telephony service you will need to have a Microsoft 365 subscription. Please always check with your licensing partner or with Microsoft directly what licenses you might be needing as this can change. 

In the EU this subscription can be a Microsoft 365 Business EEA (Basic, Standard, Premium) or Enterprise EEA (E1, E3 or E5) plan for example; together with this a Microsoft Teams EEA license is need to get the actual Teams client as the Microsoft Teams client is now (going to be) sold as a sepperate license.

In order to be able to use telephony together with our Microsoft Teams Direct Routing service each user will also need a Microsoft Teams Phone Standard license which is needed for all Microsoft subscriptions except E5 which already has this included.
