Here you find all you need to know about the settings available in Infinity Mobile. The settings can be accessed under "Main Menu → Settings."

Profile

Set your workdays and workhours to let the app assign correct times when profile is activated with duration "Next Business day".

Working hours - Set your working hours, required to ensure the correct time is assigned when a profile is activated with "Next Business day”.

Working days - Set your working days, required to ensure the correct time is assigned when a profile is activated with "Next Business day".

Call

Set up how you want to manage your calls.

Outgoing number - Set which number you want to display for outgoing calls. You can choose from the phone numbers you have configured (in the Infinity portal), “Hidden number,” or the “According to profile” option, which means the number set in each profile will be used when that profile is active.

Device to make call with - Select which device you want to use for calls. More information can be found here: Call with mobile client

Call waiting - Activate the "Call Waiting" feature. Note that this function also needs to be enabled on your phone. Search for "Call Waiting" in your phone's system settings.

Softphone - Activate the built-in softphone client in the mobile app. Keep in mind that you also need a device of the type "mobile softphone" assigned to your user in the PBX, which is configured in the Infinity portal. You also need to allow the app to access your microphone. Contact your administrator if you need help with this function.

Allow softphone connection with - Select which networks your softphone should use. Keep in mind that cellular data will consume data from your mobile plan.

Standar method for outgoing calls - Choose how you want to make calls via the app when the softphone is enabled. Select between “Mobile,” “Softphone,” or “Ask” to decide for each new call.

Theme

Dark mode - Enable for dark mode in Infinity Mobile.

Primary color - Choose your primary color for Infinity Mobile.

Contacts

Show departments - Enabled, all the PBX´s contacts will be sorted into their respective department in the contact list. Whole departments can then be shown/hidden.

Upcoming status - It shows the next profiles of every users in your PBX.

Show user extension - When enabled, the user's extension number will be displayed in parentheses after the user's name.

Show note - When enabled, the user's notes will be displayed. See your profile page for more information about notes.

Sort contacts by - Choose how to sort your contacts.

Change starting tab for contacts - Choose which tab of contacts the app should open with: Users, Favorites, or Contacts.

Copy users to phonebook - Copy all users in the PBX as contacts to your local phonebook. Requires permission to access the phone's contact book, see Permissions.

Delete old contacts – When you copy all users to the phonebook, you can also choose to delete previously created contacts that no longer exist in the switch.

Consider this when copying contacts

Existing contacts in the phonebook with the exact same name as any of the users may be merged as one single contact. This entirely depends on how the phone stores its contacts. The app will try, as much as possible (depending on the phone model), to avoid merging contacts by adding “Infracom Infinity” after the contact name if it detects a “name clash.”

If you later wish to delete the created users, it may happen that previously existing phonebook contacts with the same name are also lost. Most phones should not experience this as contacts are stored separately, even though they may appear under the same name in the phone’s contact list.

Never modify a user's information via the phone, do it instead via the app or in the Infinity portal.

Köer

Show incoming queue calls - If you want incoming queue calls to be displayed in the app. Choose either to show all queued calls, only calls in the queues you are a member of, or none at all.

Queue membership sorting - Enable this if you want to sort the company's queues so that the ones you are a member of will appear at the top of the list. Keep in mind that if you have created a custom sorting of the queues, it may conflict with each other.

Notifications

Profile – Get a notification every time you change your profile.

Voicemails – Get a notification for new voicemails.

Chat – Notification for incoming chat messages.

Missed calls – Notification for missed calls.

Incoming calls – Notification for incoming calls.

Other

Tips – Displays helpful dialogs in the app. Disable/enable to reset.

Help Center – Opens Infracom's Help Center where you can read more about Infinity Mobile.

Privacy Policy – Read our privacy policy.

About – Shows the current version number of the app.

Log out – Logs you out of the app.
