Live Chat is a feature for your website where customers can contact you directly via chat. Chatmessages is then answered by your agents in the respective queue in Infinity Desktop. You configure the live chat in the Infinity portal. Once the configuration is complete, it needs to be implemented on the website using a "deploy tag" that is generated by the configuration in the Infinity portal. When it is in place on the website, a chat widget will appear on the website in the form of a chat icon in the bottom right corner. To get started with this feature, a license is required. Contact your salesperson for more information.
