Microsoft Teams and Status Profiles

In order to sync Microsoft Teams Status together with Infracom’s Profile statuses one needs to install and use Infracom’s Astrid Teams App. 

Once logged into Astrid you need to go under the menu setting Settings.

In case this is the first time you will need to Enable this feature to begin with:

This will then give you an option to configure which UC profile should be synced to which Microsoft Teams status/action. 

On the left-hand side, you have the Microsoft Teams status/action and on the right-hand side you choose what UC profile you would like to use. 

We propose that you start of with these settings and adjust them for your needs after having used these for a while:

Remember that your individual setting under the ICC UC will then determine what will happen with calls that come in when in a certain Teams status. 

Make sure to finish off to check Update status in UC… as well pressing Save to apply these settings. 

In case this does not work please test to go back to Astrids Chat Menu, choose Destroy Key, then Create Key, Logg in and then go back to the Settings Menu.
